While many are drawn to the migration spectacle at the Mara River - understandably, though sadly not always with the respect nature deserves - rest assured that there are still places that remain peaceful, pure and humbling.

Take Lake Natron, recently visited by our guests. Far off the beaten track, where zebras roam undisturbed, waterfalls tumble through wild landscapes and the only crowd is a flock of flamingos.

Sometimes, the most powerful safari moments happen away from the spotlight.
