In celebration of International Women’s Day, Friends of Uvidunda were able to donate 30 trees, 20 teak, and 10 cederela.

Trees are important because African womens in villages stil use firewood and charcoal, which are essential sources of cooking energy.

These trees were divided among five people so they can plant and take care along the Chizua Waterfalls trail for shade during suny and some of the trees will be used for timber and firewood.
