Mikumi National parks rich in wildlife like buffalo, elephant, lions, wildebeests, Maasai giraffe, hippos, impalas, and crocodile, there are also, zebras and wart hogs. Most of the animals can be seen at all seasons, dar es salaam to morogoro by train take 90 minutes then drive from Morogoro to Mikumi National park is about 2 hours driving

Itinerary

Meet clients at 5:00am drive to train station then start safari to mikumi national park about 90 minutes by train to morogoro town then 2 hours drive to mikumi national park once we arrived at the park we do registration then we go for game drive we keep going for game drive until 1:00pm then we go for lunch inside the park after lunch we keep going for game drive until 5:00pm where we drive back in Morogoro town take a train back to dar es salaam.

2 DAYS 1 NIGHT SAFARI FROM ZANZIBAR TO MIKUMI NATIONAL PARK BY EXPRESS TRAIN

Day 1~Pick up from hotel in Zanzibar around 5 am, depends on the hotel location and transfer to the ferry terminal for the first ferry at 7.00 from Zanzibar. Arriving Dar Es Salaam at 8.30, from where our driver will pick you up.
08:40 Pick up in Ferry Terminal and drive to Electric Train Station for departure to Morogoro region ( 1 hour and a half in train) . After arriving in morogoro we will drive to the park(1 hour from Morogoro to mikumi national park).
For lunch and Start our wildlife safari until evening where you will drive back to bandas for Dinner and overnight inside the park.

Day 2~05:00Am, We will start sun rise game drive to witness the wonders of the natural world until 7:00 am we will start driving back to Morogoro to catch Train to Dar es salaam. after getting in dar es salaam we will have some lunch before to take a boat back to zanzibar
