🚴‍♂️ 5-Day West Kilimanjaro Cycling Adventure

Day 1: Moshi – Olpopongi Maasai Village

Begin your cycling adventure from Moshi towards West Kilimanjaro.

Ride through the beautiful savannah plains with views of Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Arrive at Olpopongi Maasai Village for a cultural experience—learn Maasai traditions, dances, and lifestyle.

Overnight stay at Olpopongi.

Day 2: Olpopongi – Kambi ya Tembo

Cycle across wildlife corridors with chances to spot elephants, giraffes, and zebras.

Reach Kambi ya Tembo, located near the Tanzania–Kenya border with sweeping views of Amboseli and Kilimanjaro.

Evening relaxation at the camp with stunning sunset views.

Day 3: Kambi ya Tembo – Snow Cap Cottages (Nalemoru Village)

Continue your ride towards the northern slopes of Kilimanjaro.

Pass through villages and farms while enjoying the highland scenery.

Arrive at Snow Cap Cottages, Nalemoru Village, the Marangu Route starting point.

Overnight stay at Snow Cap Cottages.

Day 4: Nalemoru Village – Marangu (Nakara Hotel)

Cycle downhill through lush vegetation and Chagga villages.

Visit waterfalls and local coffee farms along the way.

Overnight at Nakara Hotel, Marangu, with relaxing views of Kilimanjaro’s foothills.

Day 5: Marangu – Lake Challa – Return to Moshi

Final day ride to the stunning crater lake Lake Challa, located at the Tanzania–Kenya border.

Picnic lunch by the lake with time for swimming or relaxation.

Transfer back to Moshi in the evening.
