TOP THINGS TO DO IN ZANZIBAR:
- Sail on a traditional dhow - one of my all time fav things to do!! Cruise to vibrant coral reefs or glide across the endless turquoise lagoon, stopping for a snorkel or a dreamy ocean dip ๐ŸŒŠ๐Ÿชธ
- Kitesurfing in Paje - Zanzibar is one of the worldโ€™s top spots to learn and master kitesurfing! Paje offers shallow lagoons, consistent winds, and a buzzing scene to hang out ๐Ÿ„
- Dip in hidden caves - my personal fav - Kuza Cave, a breathtaking 250,000-year-old limestone sinkhole with a crystal-clear freshwater pool. Locals believe its waters have healing powers, making it a magical place for a swim and a unique cultural experience ๐Ÿคฉ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿฝ
- Forodhani Night Market - located in Stone Town, this lively market comes to life after sunset, offering a must-try taste of Zanzibari cuisine. Influenced by East African, Indian, and Middle Eastern flavors, the food here is a delicious cultural fusion and made me fall in love with Zanzibari cuisine!
- Swim with wild dolphins - cannot recommend enough .experience for that, the only ethical tour operator on the island that prioritizes ethical interactions to witness these beautiful creatures without disturbing them. Theyโ€™ll make sure you have an unforgettable experience - encounter wild dolphins in their natural habitat ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿฌ

Kilimanjaro Stunning.

There are two distinct trekking seasons which constitute the best time to climb Kilimanjaro. They are January-March and June-October.

January-March is generally colder than June-October and there is a higher probability of encountering snow on the summit. For some this might be seen as a negative, but the benefits of a January-March trek is that the slopes are often quieter at this time of the year.

The June-October trekking season coincides with the summer holidays in Europe and America and hence certain routes are often quite busy.

March, April and November are the wettest months on Kilimanjaro, and not ideal of trekking.

Snow fall and cold temperatures are common during December-May. You are not Late!!!
