SECURITY RULES:
1) Don't take more money you really need
(Beer around 5000tsh, one drink around 10.000tsh)
2) Leave your passport/cards and everything you really don't need at hotel or apartment
3) Don't wear big bags that can be attractive to thiefs
4) Always take a taxi if you don't have any kind of transportation
Theese rules will keep you safe and you will enjoy the parties as you should.
But there is one more good rule to follow:

This will make your drink even better and you will make many friends.
