☢️ 26th April 1986 and 26th April 2022.

36 years now…

We were never that close again to an ecological catastrophe than this year.
For the first time, during the Chernobyl accident of 86th year. And for the second time - very recently, when Chernobyl NPP was occupied by russian troops.
But this time it would be much worse, because it is not only dangerous reactor no. 4 here but other contaminated objects and facilities.

The day of Chernobyl disaster was the day that changed forever lives of thousands people. Sleeping peacefully at night, people couldn’t imagine the following disaster right next to them, in 3 km from Pripyat.
So familiar for Ukrainians right now…

We will never forget the heroes of that time as mich as we won’t forget our nowadays heroes.
History repeats itself 💔 not really the same historical events but I hope you see the point…

Even if I am not in Chernobyl, I have always a small but so valuable reminder of it - my tattoo 🙏☢️

🇺🇦☢️ It is painful to realize, that I am a Chernobyl tour-guide who used to tell people all the horror of 1986.
How people were supposed to be evacuated from their homes because of an invisible enemy as radiation.

Now Ukraine has visible enemy, and many people have to run to save themselves…
