We usually don’t do roller coaster but this toboggan run looks super fun! We’re back adventure fam with a little something for our part time adrenaline junkies!! This toboggan run in the village of Saas Fee I’m Switzerland is 900 meters long & will take you up to a top speed of 60mph!! Crazy!! Check the info below for all the details!!

You adrenaline junkies can rejoice. You can now take SAFE tours of the radiation filled reactor 4! How bout this for the adventure fam. This old time steam engine nicknamed “Puffing Billy” takes all around Belgrave, Australia 🇦🇺!! The first class cabin of the train complete with red carpet, meals, dessert & wine for those that wish to partake. The open air cabin is the cheapest but by far the best on those warm weather days!! King of the Clouds ✨☁️

Pamukkale, which means “Cotton Castle” in Turkish, is located in Denizli Province, Turkey. The Turkish name refers to the surface of the shimmering, snow-white limestone, shaped over thousands of years by calcium-rich springs. The water from the springs drips down the mountainside and collects in terraces, forming pools of mineral rich water. Legend has it that the formations are solidified cotton that giants left out to dry, hence the name “Cotton Castle”.

Tips
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
ARRIVE EARLY: to avoid the crowd. After making a pit stop (which I'll share in another post) I arrived around noon and was surprised to see there were not too many people there. I didn't even have to fight anyone to get solo pics haha. As I was leaing around 4pm it started getting very busy. I would recommend getting there early, by noon the latest. For reference I visited in the beginning of March which is the “low season”.

How To Get There

From Istanbul, I flew 1hr into Denizli Airport (DNZ) via Turkish Airlines. I arrived at 8am, picked up my Avis rental car right from the airport and hit the road The drive to Pammukale was only 50 minutes and it was smooth sailing all the way. The roads were great and there was good signage. I used my phone GPS for directions with no issues.
