📢‼️ An update on the fire situation in the exclusion zone as of September 7.

✅️ Due to extremely dry weather conditions (humidity - 17%), as well as wind, the fire situation is complicated.

✅️ In the main four fire centers, we have positive dynamics in the central part of the Exclusion Zone (Korohod and Lubyanka forestries on the area of about 1,300 hectares)

✅️ the situation has deteriorated in the Vilchiv forestry, and the main forces and means are directed to this area (about 1,000 hectares), which borders with Zhytomyr region.

✅️It is important to understand that these territories have already been burned in 2022 after the occupation of the Exclusion Zone, so the vegetation is the most favorable for new burning.

✅ Forces and means of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (2-DPRS), additional forces of the Kyiv Oblast State Emergency Service, equipment and personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as employees and equipment of SAUEZM enterprises are involved in firefighting: SSE "Pivnichna Puscha", SSE "Ecocenter".

✅️The control of the radiological situation has been reinforced by a radiation reconnaissance task force for radiation and environmental monitoring and radiation dosimetric control on the edge of the fire line. Personnel dose calculations are underway, and there are currently no exceeded levels.

✅️The personnel involved in firefighting must wear respiratory PPE (respirators should be replaced as moisture is absorbed). Used PPE is sent for laboratory testing.

There we go!

This was one of my very best sunsets with my good friend Dima, we sat there on the remain of the rusty boat that fortunately survived corrupt scrap hunters. They have been destroying the zone for their profits since the fall of the USSR.
We sat there with a bottle of cheap brandy admiring the sunset and felt as happy as we could be.
One of the very best moments in my whole career.

By the time you guys are back in the zone these wrecks very possibly can be stolen, so enjoy it here.

Dear brothers and sisters!

This is the success story, one more inspiring effort with the amazing output!

In May this year our community delivered aid packages to the residents of the village of Olyzarivka shortly after the deocupation.

In less than 6 months Kyiv region and our best friend there Олена Гниленко recovered and started organizing aid deliveries to the newly occupied areas in the east and south of Ukraine by themselves, it all went the full circle!

We helped Olena to order paraphine, that is used to make the "trench candles". This hand-made device lasts 5-7 hours and provide heat, light and opportunity to make tea or even cook. Those simple little things make life of the Ukrainian Armed Forces slightly more better. The winter is coming.

In less than a week it turned from a simple conversation into hundreds of candles! Tomorrow both food supplies and candles leave for the east with the kind people. What an amazing people you all who helped us to do this.
Thanks Олена for the organization as we would never be able to do it without you!

Thanks absolutely everyone for helping those heroes in need!

Chornobyl 36.

For 10 years we’ve been telling the story of Chornobyl.
The story of people, who packed their entire life in one suitcase and left their homes. Today we know how they felt as well as 8 millions of Ukrainians.

The story of women who evacuated their children. Today we want to hug every woman who is doing her best to make her child smile despite all the horror.

The story of young, well educated, ambitious employees who believed in their bright future, which popped like a bubble on the night of 26th of April. Today millions of Ukrainians lost their jobs and businesses.

The story of people who loved their Homeland so much, that came back despite everything. The story of “Chornobyl babushkas”. Today we are waiting for the day when millions of Ukrainians will come back homes.

The story of heroes-liquidators who saved the world. Today Ukrainian armed forces provide peace in Europe. Hope Europeans are aware of it.

Chornobyl was one of the reasons why the soviet union collapsed and Ukrainian became independent. Today, the biggest national preserve in Europe is in the area of the Chornobyl exclusion zone. We hope that this story repeats, because it should bring to a final end regime of moscow lies. Because life always wins over death. And truth always wins over the lies. We can see it Chornobyl.

We know that the story of Chornobyl was told in a right way. Because you, who heard it from Gamma stand with Ukraine today. You’ve became volunteers, you donate, you arranged help centers and deliver tons of very necessary supplies for our soldiers and those who are in need today. Please don’t get tired of doing that🙏 Stand with Ukraine🇺🇦
