The best museums are sometimes the ones where you don’t just look at things, but you can interact with them.

Like this plane, for example. It was used during World War II, and today you can actually sit inside, imagine yourself as a pilot, look around the cockpit, and see how everything worked. You can have fun with it while learning something new at the same time.

We always try to make learning part of our tours in a way that feels interesting and natural. Of course, listening to a guide and hearing the stories behind the places is an important part of understanding history. But sometimes you just want to touch, explore, try something, and have fun.

And honestly, there’s nothing wrong with that.

Learning doesn’t always have to mean standing quietly and listening to someone talk for an hour. Sometimes the things you interact with are exactly what make you remember the story later.

On February 25, 2022, Ukrainian forces blew up the bridge in Irpin to slow the advance of Russian troops toward Kyiv.

This place became one of the main escape routes for thousands of civilians trying to leave Irpin and the surrounding areas. People crossed under extremely difficult and dangerous conditions, trying to get themselves and their families to safety.

Today, the destroyed bridge still stands like this. A new bridge has been built nearby, and every time you cross it, it’s hard not to think about how much has been done, and continues to be done, to protect civilians from the war.

This is the kind of story we want to tell on our tours. What happened here and what it meant for the people who were there.

We try to keep our tours informative, truthful, and meaningful. And sometimes, that means talking about things that are difficult to see and even harder to hear about.

This is a graveyard of vehicles. Every car here belonged to someone. They were ordinary parts of ordinary lives, until the Russian occupation of the Kyiv region.

Now, these destroyed cars stand as a reminder of what war leaves behind.

And when you think about how many civilians have been killed and how many cars, homes, and entire towns are being destroyed in areas closer to the front lines, it is difficult not to feel heartbroken.

But these are the things we have to talk about.

Because understanding Ukraine today means seeing not only its beautiful places, culture, and history, but also the price people are paying for this war.

The moment you begin your journey through Ukraine, you start noticing its culture everywhere.

In paintings, mosaics, architecture, monuments, books, street art, and even in everyday conversations. There is always a story behind something. A piece of history, a reference to literature, a famous person, an old tradition, or a part of Ukrainian identity.

Sometimes you don’t even have to visit a museum to learn something. You can simply walk through the city and look around.

And that’s what makes travelling through Ukraine so interesting. The more you look, the more connections you start to see.

September is already here, which means one thing — autumn is coming to Ukraine. 🍂🇺🇦

Soon, the green streets and parks will start changing. Trees will turn bright yellow, deep orange, and red, and the whole country will get a completely different look.

Kyiv in autumn is something special. Just imagine: long walks through colorful parks, golden leaves covering the streets, and that feeling that summer is slowly making room for a new season.

So if you’ve been waiting for the right time to visit Ukraine, maybe autumn is your sign. 🍁

Coming to Ukraine means taking safety seriously. You need to know what to do during an air raid alert, where to go, what to expect, and how to react when things don’t go according to plan.

But learning all of this is much easier when you have people around who can guide you.

And that’s where we come in. We don’t just meet you at the beginning of the tour and leave you to figure everything out yourself. We inform you, answer your questions, explain how things work, and stay in touch throughout your time in Ukraine.

Our goal is to show you the real Ukraine. Its history, culture, people, food, and everyday life. And to do that properly, we believe we have to help you with everything we can.

You shouldn’t leave Ukraine thinking, “I spent half my trip stressed because I didn’t know what to do.”

Ukraine is a place where you can not only hear about the full-scale invasion, but also see its history with your own eyes. Walk through places, visit museums, and hear directly from people who have lived through it.

But Ukraine is so much more than the war.

It’s beautiful parks and endless landscapes. Old streets and impressive architecture. Small towns and the energy of the capital.

And, last but definitely not least… Ukrainians know how to cook. 😌🇺🇦

Autumn is already here, and with it comes the question that many people in Ukraine are trying not to think about too much: how hard will this winter be?

For soldiers on the front lines, it means another winter in the trenches, in the cold and mud, far from home.

For people living closer to the front, it can mean preparing for days without electricity, water or heating. And even in Kyiv, people remember what previous winters looked like. The city is already preparing for possible prolonged outages.

Some people in Kyiv have decided to leave the city before the cold arrives. And honestly, it is understandable. Everyone has their own limit and their own family to protect.

Autumn has arrived. Now we wait to see what winter will bring.
