Let's continue our travelling around Ukraine🇺🇦

Now its turn of aristocratic Tarakaniv fort (the new Dubno fortress) which resembles British colonial architecture with its exquisite lines, the same flow of the outline, a great number of arcades and architectural decoration.

An excellent landmark of the fortification art of the 19th century located in the suburbs of Tarakaniv village, Rivne oblast, is abandoned today, and thus is the most mystic destination in Ukraine.

And the other sight to visit is the place of the world-famous “Tunnel of Love”, which is a botanic phenomenon, created from a dense growth of over-arching trees and bushes around a narrow gauge railway. Thanks to the picturesque, romantic appeal of this place it is a magnet for tourists, especially loving couples, who come to enjoy a walk through this mystical tunnel.

Though the season is not quiet the best for admiring this place, nevertheless the Klevan Castle complements the visit❤

Зараз настала черга аристократичного форту Тараканів (нова фортеця Дубно), який нагадує британську колоніальну архітектуру своїми вишуканими лініями, однаковим потоком обрисів, великою кількістю аркад та архітектурним оздобленням.

Відмінна пам’ятка фортифікаційного мистецтва 19 століття, розташована у передмісті села Тараканів Рівненської області, сьогодні занедбана і, отже, є наймістичнішим напрямком в Україні.

І ще одне визначне місце для відвідування - це місце всесвітньо відомого «Тунелю кохання», який є ботанічним явищем, створеним із густого росту високих дерев та кущів навколо вузькоколійки. Завдяки мальовничій, романтичній привабливості цього місця він є магнітом для туристів, особливо закоханих пар, які приїжджають насолоджуватися прогулянкою цим містичним тунелем.

Хоча зимовий сезон не найкращий для милування цим місцем, тим не менш Клеванський замок доповнює екскурсію❤

A glorious historical city Ostroh is a place where a real gem of ancient art Ostroh Castle is located.

It is one of the most favourite places of tourists now.

The Castle was built on the top of the high hill by the order of Prince Danylo Ostroz’kyi.

Its locations was quite good – two sides of the building overlooked a steep descent and the other two were separated from the city with a moat. Architectural complex of the castle consists of an old Murovana Tower, a New Tower, Epiphany Cathedral and a belfry.

Beside the Castle there also other places which you should visit coming to Ostroh city👍

Славне історичне місто Острог - це місце, де знаходиться справжня перлина старовинного мистецтва Острозький замок.

Зараз це одне з найулюбленіших місць туристів.

Замок побудований на вершині високого пагорба за наказом князя Данила Острозького.

Його розташування було досить гарне - дві сторони будівлі виходили на крутий спуск, а дві інші були відокремлені від міста ровом. Архітектурний комплекс замку складається зі старої вежі Мурована, Нової вежі, Богоявленського собору та дзвіниці.

Поряд із замком є ще й інші місця, які слід відвідати, приїжджаючи до міста Острог👍

Here is one of the most ancient cities of Ukraine.
LUTSK.

Its name was first met in 1085

You should definitely visit:

1️⃣Lubart’s Castle (the Upper Castle) - one of the largest, oldest and most well-preserved castles in Ukraine, the main architectural landmark of Lutsk.

2️⃣Sculptor’s House (House with Chimeras) - the most picturesque residential building in Lutsk belonging to the sculptor N. Golovan. This house-studio is decorated with a lot of stone sculptures of different styles, which gives the impression of complete eclecticism. Here you can find figures of fairy-tale heroes and mythical creatures next to sculptures of saints.

3️⃣Cathedral of St. Peter and Paul - one of the most valuable architectural monuments of Lutsk with a three-level dungeon under the building.

4️⃣Lutheran Church - a Protestant church of the German colonists, who moved to Lutsk at the end of the 19th century. The church in the Neo-Gothic style was built on the funds of the German community.

Lutsk is also the perfect stop to spend a night or 2 for those who are planning to visit the Tunnel of Love, one of the most photogenic train tracks in Ukraine.

Travelling around Ukraine in winter?Why not😉

This time Zhytomyr city is in our focus.

Situated on three rocky hills and surrounded by ancient forests, Zhytomyr is considered to be the gem of Polesia.

This old city with a boisterous history, interesting landmarks and unique landscapes attracts more and more travelers each year. Some of them arrive here to admire its peculiar nature. Others - to visit Ukraine’s only Museum of Astronautics.

Zhytomyr is proud of its architectural monuments, one of the most splendid ones being the Cathedral of the Transfiguration. Its majestic beauty and size are truly impressive - its towers are 53 meters (170 feet) high.

Another remarkable monument of sacral architecture is the St. Sophia Catholic Church, built in the 18th century. Its unique look is the effect of the harmonious blend of two architectural styles, the Baroque and Late Renaissance.

And the views are totally outstanding😍❤

Цього разу в центрі уваги - місто Житомир.

Розташований на трьох скелястих пагорбах в оточенні старовинних лісів, Житомир вважається перлиною Полісся.

Це старе місто з бурхливою історією, цікавими пам’ятками та унікальними пейзажами щороку приваблює дедалі більше мандрівників. Деякі з них приїжджають сюди, щоб помилуватися його особливим характером. Інші - відвідати єдиний в Україні Музей космонавтики.

Житомир пишається своїми архітектурними пам'ятниками, одним з найпрекрасніших є Преображенський собор. Його велична краса та розміри справді вражають - його вежі мають висоту 53 метри (170 футів).

Ще однією визначною пам'яткою сакральної архітектури є католицька церква Святої Софії, побудована у 18 столітті. Його унікальний вигляд - це ефект гармонійного поєднання двох архітектурних стилів - бароко та пізнього Відродження.

Our list of what try on

You should definetely try everything, because the local cuisine is unique and exclusive.

1) Hungarian vanilla chocolate sponge cake with a cream layer. Delicate and moderately sweet.

2) Family recipe of Gombovtsi. The dish which is cooked from cottage cheese, boiled in water, rolled in sweet biscuit crumbs and served in sour cream. It's just impossibly delicious 🤤

3) The incredible Khust cake is a completely new and unique recipe, which took almost 2 years to perfect. And now we can enjoy its harmonious and incredible taste, which in a special way complements by the local Transcarpathian hazelnuts, and the mousse-creamy texture is unlike any other dessert🍰

And, yes, it is definitely not Shetemeni😉

4) Transcarpathian Lekvar. One would think that this is a common jam, but no! The cooking process very often takes more than one day and it is a real family tradition, when everyone takes an active part in the gathering and preparation.

5) Condensed milk from buffalo milk. It's better to try it once than describe it a hundred times. Delicate, sweet, like melted toffee🤤

6) And also above all expectations breathtaking strudel with apples and pears, which is eaten faster than the photos can be taken😆

It is an incredible experience😍

The delight that you will experience from this place, as well as from all the others on the cannot be described in words ...

There are so many emotions and impressions cause you will be able to stroke an adult buffalo, and to watch a playful little buffalo running around you😅

You can also taste buffalo milk and don't be surprised that it would turn out to be so much tastier than other milk.

What then can we say about the cheeses that are made from this milk. Only one Transcarpathian vurda (it is also known as ricotta) is a sheer delight. You would definetely want to take it with you😍🙈

Well, what do you think would be a separate pleasant surprise at the end of the tasting ???

Trust - it's very tasty!) It's like eating melted toffee

In general, the place is a must-see, both for children and adults😉

How does Transcarpathia (Zakarpattya) meet us?
The beauty of surroundings at every step takes your breath away.
The mountain slopes, overgrown with age-old trees, are painted with bright autumn colors and it seems as if they are ablaze with bright fire.

And incredibly delicious cuisine makes you train your strength of will so as not to gain extra pounds😉

A stunning banosh with porcini mushrooms - this is one of the reasons you just need to go here !!!

Cypriot dish Kleftiko or stolen meat, which is cooked here just as well as at motherland, and maybe even better😉

Have you tried Dzyama? No? Then it needs to be fixed. Hot local soup with smoked ribs is cooked exclusively in the this area.

A variety of local liquers helps to warm up from the cold wind and dampness. A classic banya (sauna) or vats also cope with this perfectly.

And aromatic herbal tea and Transcarpathian honey ... mmm ... it's a dream🥰

You definetely can't imagine how delicious the grapes are in Ukrainian Bessarabia.

At each location, you can taste local white, red and black grapes of different varieties, and at the wineries you are allowed to pick it right from the vine and try it there))) And, even, to take it with you)))

One of the most picturesque vineyards you can visite is Villa Tinta. They are located on the shores of the largest lake in Ukraine💙💛 - Yalpug. The views are breathtaking💞

And the degustation of their sparkling wine on the roof of the winery will make you admire more and more the beauty of this region 🤩
