Today the team paused for a quick photo before heading out to meet a couple from the USA. They booked a 4-day gorilla and golden monkey trekking safari!

As part of our culture, you’ll meet the team leader or safari consultant at the beginning or end of your safari — the person you planned with and exchanged emails with. They’ll introduce you to your guide and make sure everything is set.

Today we start our tour in Kigali at Hotel des Mille Collines, then head to Volcanoes, on to Bwindi, and later transfer back to Kigali for a flight home.

One of the highlights from on of our on going safari in Uganda: our guide, Balaam—known as the “Buffalo Soldier”—pulled off an unforgettable surprise.

Deep in the wild landscapes of the Ishasha Sector, he stopped at a scenic ridge and set up a classic African sundowner as the sun dipped below the horizon. With breathtaking views, golden light, and the sounds of the bush all around, it was a moment our guests will never forget.

Ishasha is famous for its rare tree-climbing lions, impressive elephants with massive tusks, graceful Topi antelope, and the iconic Uganda Kob. It’s one of the most unique wildlife regions in East Africa—and the perfect place to toast another incredible day on safari.
