FRIED DRUMSTICKS
Recipe
1 kg chicken
2 onions
1 big green pepper
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 tsp turmeric
3 cloves garlic
2tbs garam masala
Salt
Water
Oil for frying
*Boil everything for 15-20 mins

*make sure to not over cook it or it depends on the breed your using.

*Let it cool and drain out the water.

Marination before frying you need.
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp rayco
Soy sauce.
Mix flour with rayco then add to the chicken, mix gently to avoid breaking or mashing it, then add the soy sauce, mix again in you pan pour oil, heat it very well then fry for 1 min each side until golden brown.
