HISTORY
Ssemambo Alex Tours and Travel Co. Ltd was founded way in 2012 by young professional entrepreneurs Ssemambo Alex and Nambi Martha. They set up a professional company with the intention to improve the quality of tour operation in Uganda and Rwanda. Initially, Ssemambo Alex Tours & Travel operated only in Uganda, however due to several years of hard work; we have managed to boast our expertise and broaden our business boundaries to Rwanda as well.

Booking your safari
With our highly qualified and experienced team of professionals, we understand the needs of your tour and we provide you with the best safari service alternatives and fair prices to ensure a cost effective and worry free tour or experience. We have city, birding and bush safaris itineraries for short-day and long trips ranging from 1-22 days depending on the client’s needs.
Tour packages
We do all this by packaging all the elements of your safari needs into a single product, this could be conference, family holiday, honeymoon, birding, wildlife encounter and mountain climbing.
Booking accommodation
We remove the uncertainty over where to stay, how much it would cost, how to travel around and what to see, getting the right documentations and knowing beforehand if it is worthy at all.

Car hire
There is a choice of vehicles at your disposal suitable to your routing and requirements. For clients’ convenience, we try to limit the number of people in one vehicle to 5-6 persons. This means that every guest can enjoy having a window seat and luggage can be stored comfortably. We will advise you on the best vehicle to use and assist you in your planning if needed.

Uganda has many different tribes-peoples practicing age old cultures, customs and traditions including the pygmy Batwa in Bwindi, the Banyakole famed for their magnificent long horned cattle, as well as the nomadic Karamojong living in the remote, semi-arid North East bordering Kenya and South Sudan. You could also take a hike up to the top of the falls and marvel at the falls from above, there just so many things you could do – Uganda must truly be the adventure capital of the world.
