Details: Birding tour in our local bushlands and around the lakes and swamps. Recommend activity times are either 6:30am-9:00am or 3:00pm-6:45pm. Unless stated otherwise, tours starts at 8am at Mbuga primary school around Ndali lodge junction. The tour is led by Noah who has is a professional tour guide and speaks excellent English. Tours finish again at Mbuga primary school. To bring: Sun-tan Lotion, towel (for bathing in the waterfalls), water bottle, good walking shoes.

To get to Mbuga primary school, if you are in Fort Portal, hop on a boda boda (Motor cycle) to Kamwenge Stage (approximately 1,000UGX*). From there, take a shared taxi and ask to be dropped off at Rwaihamba market/trading centre (costs approximately 5,000 UGX*). Finally, take a boda boda to Mbuga Primary School (costs approximately 2,000 UGX*). Total trip time is about 45mins.
