Morning Reflection. “And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone sn**ch them out of My hand." (John 10:28)

The above words, spoken by our Savior, brings comfort for each of us as believers. The gift of eternal life that Jesue offers is everlasting, its a new life without end. Eternal life is not merely an extension of our existence; it is a quality of life that begins here and now, infused with relationship with God. When we accept Christ, we step into a new reality where we experience His love and grace. We start a spiritual journey that transcends our earthly experiences.

In the same verse Jesus assures us that we shall never perish. This promise speaks to our deepest fears and anxieties about life and death. It reminds us that, through Him, we have the assurance of a future beyond this life. In Christ, we are secured not just for a moment, but for eternity; our souls are shielded from the ultimate fate of separation from God.

Jesus is giving us an assurance that no one can sn**ch us from His hand. This metaphor of safety is profound. Imagine holding a precious treasure tightly—nothing and no one can take it from you. Similarly, our Lord holds us securely in His grasp. Despite the trials we may face, the doubts that may arise, or the temptations that seek to lead us astray, we can find peace in knowing that our security lies not in our strength but in His. It is the hand of the Good Shepherd that guides and protects us, shielding us from harm. We are eternally safeguarded by the One who knows us by name. May this knowledge fill us with joy, peace, and confidence as we navigate our daily lives, and may we always remember the incredible gift of eternal life freely given to us through Christ.

As we begin this week, let us walk boldly in faith, sharing this message of hope with people in need, reminding them that they too can find refuge in the hands of our Savior.

Have blessed week, I love you all

Morning Reflection: “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18).

Yesterday, I had a conversation with someone who is feeling this emptiness and loneliness very keenly. Despite attempts to connect with God in quiet time, the feelings remained. The above verse provides a profound truth that we can hold onto during our darkest hours.

We live in a world where feelings of emptiness and loneliness can often feel overwhelming. Whether it’s as a result of loss, hetred, disappointment, or isolation, these emotions can creep in unexpectedly, even when we think we’re doing well spiritually. It’s crucial to acknowledge that these feelings are part of the human experience. Let me share some biblical examples:

Job, After losing his family, wealth, and health, Job faced profound emptiness and despair. Yet, through his suffering, he maintained his faith in God and ultimately found restoration and deeper understanding (Job 30:20-22).

David, In many Psalms, David expressed feelings of abandonment and loneliness. For instance, in Psalm 22, he cries out, "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?" Despite this, David often returned to praise and trust in God, reminding himself of God’s faithfulness.

Elijah, Following his victory over the prophets of Baal, Elijah fled into the wilderness, feeling despondent and even asking God to take his life (1 Kings 19:4). God met him in his loneliness, providing nourishment and a gentle reminder of His presence.

Jeremiah, Known as the "weeping prophet," Jeremiah experienced deep sorrow while delivering God’s messages to a resistant people. He often expressed his anguish in the book of Lamentations but found hope in God’s faithfulness (Lamentations 3:22-23).

Jesus, In the Garden of Gethsemane, Jesus felt immense anguish before His crucifixion, pleading with God while bearing the weight of the world’s sins (Matthew 26:38). Even in His darkest hour, He sought solace in prayer.

These examples show that feelings of emptiness and loneliness are part of the human experience, even for the faithful. Here are some ways that can help us deal with emptiness and loniliness.

Sometimes, sharing your feelings with trusted friends can provide comfort and remind you that you are not alone. Proverbs 27:17 says, “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” Having a supportive community can help lift the weight of loneliness. Writing about your experiences, painting, drawing, or composing songs can be powerful ways to articulate and process your emotions. Write down your prayers, your struggles, and your praises. This practice allows you to see God’s faithfulness over time, building your faith.

David often poured out his heart in the form of psalms, and we can do the same. Keeping a gratitude journal helps you recognize the blessings in your life, however small, and foster a sense of fulfillment. Philippians 4:6-7 encourages us to bring everything to God in prayer and thanksgiving.

Volunteering your time to help someone in need can shift your focus from emptiness to purpose and joy. Jesus taught us to love our neighbors, and serving others can remind us of our interconnectedness and the hope we can bring to one another.

In our loneliness, we must continue seeking God through prayer. Prayer is our lifeline; it connects us to the divine source of strength. Prayer is not just about speaking; it's also about listening. God longs to speak to our hearts. Additionally, diving into Scripture can provide guidance and comfort. Try exploring new passages or themes that resonate with your current feelings. God’s Word is alive and can speak to us in ways we never imagined.

In this week, let us hold onto the truth of Psalm 34:18. The Lord is indeed close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Trust in His presence and know that wholeness is possible.

Morning Reflection: “ I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well”(Psalm 139:14).

The phrase "fearfully and wonderfully made" beautifully encapsulates the intentional care and craftsmanship with which our Creator shaped each one of us. From the very dawn of creation, God imparted purpose to humanity. In Genesis 1:26-27, we learn that we are created in the image of God, which signifies that we each bear intrinsic value and worth. So, when you stand before the mirror each day, remember: you are not a mere accident; you are a masterpiece, designed with intention and purpose.

Understanding our purpose begins with embracing Jesus’ message of love. In John 13:34-35, Jesus commands us to love one another just as He has loved us. This transformative love not only reveals our calling but also shapes the very actions we take. When we root ourselves in God’s love, we become empowered to extend that same love to others, fulfilling our roles as His hands and feet in the world.

It's vital to recognize that our gifts are not meant for our own glory, but rather for the service of others. Ephesians 2:10 reminds us that we are crafted for good works that God prepared in advance for us to do. This means our talents serve as tools through which we can express God's love in tangible and meaningful ways.

When we engage with God's love and share it with those around us, we often discover joy in the process. Galatians 5:22-23 highlights the fruit of the Spirit, and joy is one of the precious fruits that flourish within us. As we love and serve others, we find fulfillment and delight in our actions.

As we embark on a new week, let us cling to the profound truth that we are fearfully and wonderfully made. Each of us has a distinct purpose, deeply rooted in God's love, and uniquely designed to bless and uplift those around us. Have Blessed week.

Morning Reflection “Do not present your members to sin as instruments for unrighteousness, but present yourselves to God as those who have been brought from death to life, and your members to God as instruments for righteousness" (Romans 6:13):

We often fall a prey to the allure of sin, presenting our hands, eyes, and tongues as "instruments for unrighteousness." We have succumbed to the enslaving power of evil, grieving the heart of the righteous God who contends against the injustice of this fallen world.

But through the cross and resurrection of Jesus, the dominion of sin has been broken. We have been redeemed and restored, granted new life in Christ. No longer must we be bound to our base impulses and selfish desires. Instead, we are called to a higher purpose - to surrender ourselves fully to God and dedicate the faculties of our being to the advancement of his righteous reign.

This is a call that requires our constant vigilance and purposeful dedication. We must guard our hearts and minds, lest we again fall prey to the temptations of this world. And we must intentionally offer every member of our bodies as tools in God's hands, using our eyes to see as he sees, our hands to work as he works, and our tongues to speak the truth as he speaks.

In doing so, we will become agents of God’s grace in this world, beacons of God's righteousness to a humanity in desperate need of his light. We will find true fulfillment in walking the way of justice and righteousness, living out our lives as a royal priesthood in the service of our Lord and King Jesus Christ.

I pray that you learn to embrace the new life that Christ has granted us and become living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to the Lord. Amen
Have Blessed weekend.

Morning Reflection “When you gather the grapes of your vineyard, do not glean afterward; let it be for the resident alien, the orphan, and the widow. And remember that you were a slave in the land of Egypt; therefore I am commanding you to do this thing”(Deut 24:21-22).

Today's passage from Deuteronomy calls us to examine the essence of generosity and our responsibility toward those who are marginalized. God instructed the Israelites to leave a portion of their crops behind so that widows, orphans, and resident aliens could partake in the harvest. This directive challenges us to shift our mindset: our resources are not just for personal gain but for uplifting others.

The land truly belongs to God, and with that comes a call to stewardship, not ownership. We are entrusted to care for our resources and to share them with those in need. Leaving crops for the marginalized is an act of love, solidarity, and justice. It serves as a reminder that in God’s economy, there is enough for everyone—if we choose to share. Our pursuit of surplus should never eclipse our duty to share our blessings.

I am living proof of this generosity, as my ability to engage in ministry stems from the kindness of God’s people—my family, friends, and even strangers who have supported me.

So, brethren, let us embrace the spirit of generosity. By doing so, we embody God's vision, creating opportunities for the marginalized, to thrive. Together, let’s honor the land entrusted to us and share its blessings freely.

Have a blessed weekend

Morning Reflection: The Lord our God said to us at Horeb, “You have stayed long enough at this mountain. (Deuteronomy 1:6)

Mount Hebron, located in the West Bank, is where David tended his father's sheep. After Saul's death, the elders of Judah anointed David as king there, making Hebron the first capital of his reign. This ancient city was a revered biblical site and a symbol of promise, faith, and inheritance.

God told the Isrealites who were camping at Mount Hereb to move forward and not linger in one place. God reminded them that His plans are dynamic, not static. God does not intend for us to remain stagnant, but to continually progress and grow in our faith. Just as the Israelites were called to leave Mount Horeb and journey onward to the Promised Land, so too are we called to an ongoing spiritual pilgrimage. God knew that they could not fulfill their destiny by staying in one place. The same is true for us - we must be willing to leave our "mountains", to step out of our comfort zones, if we are to experience the fullness of God's plan for our lives.

As we reflect on this passage, it's important to consider the "Hebrons" in our own spiritual journeys - places where we've lingered too long, when we should be progressing to the next stage of growth. For some, this may mean dwelling too long in negative thought patterns, a critical spirit, or an analysis paralysis that prevents moving forward in faith and gratitude. For others, it could be being stuck in unhealthy relationships or habits, rather than courageously stepping out in obedience to God's call.

Where do you sense God inviting you to move beyond your "Hebron"?

My dear friends, the Lord our God is calling us, just as He called the Israelites, to rise up and press onward. Let us not be content to remain in one place, but let us eagerly anticipate the new horizons that God has in store for us. For when He says, "You have stayed long enough," may we respond with faith and courage, ready to follow Him into the future He has prepared.

Morning Reflection: “The greatest among you will be your servant. For those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.”(Matt 23:11-12).

Jesus’ perspective on serving others underscores the idea that true happiness and success are measured not just by individual achievements but by the positive influence we have on the world around us. Apostle Paul expanded this perspective and wrote, "Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves." (Philippians 2:3)

Some people think that happiness is all about chasing after money, power, fame, and being super bright or having tons of followers on social media. But that's not really what it's about. Real happiness to using what you're good at to help others to be in service to others. Martin Luther King, Jr., once said that, "Not everybody can be famous but everybody can be great, because greatness is determined by service to others.

Helping others is good for you because as you help someone--or show your generosity through acts of giving or volunteering--Harvard Health says your brain releases endorphins, the "brain's natural pain reliever." When you volunteer or engage in activities you enjoy, endorphins create a sense of well-being. This feeling is sometimes referred to as a "helper's high." That's good for our health and our happiness. Another study published in the International Journal of Psychophysiology showed that giving to others can lower blood pressure, similar to the benefits of a healthy diet and regular exercise. Another study published in the Innovation in Aging journal found that giving and helping has been linked to lower levels of the stress hormone cortisol and can help decrease stress levels. As the Bible says, "A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed." (Proverbs 11:25)

The teachings of Jesus and the Apostle Paul, as well as modern research, remind us that true happiness and fulfillment come not from selfish pursuits, but from humility and a life of service to others. As Jesus himself said, "It is more blessed to give than to receive." (Acts 20:35) Let us embrace this wisdom and strive to make a positive difference in the lives of those around us. It's a win for everyone.

Morning Reflection: “He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, “Quiet! Be still!” Then the wind died down and it was completely calm.” (Mark 4:39)

Obstacles have the potential to make us stronger if we respond to them with faith. In the story of Mark 4: 35-41, Jesus and his disciples were in a boat when a storm arose, threatening their safety. The disciples panicked and thought it was the end. Meanwhile, Jesus was peacefully asleep. When they cried out to Him for help, He chastised them for their lack of faith and calmed the storm. It makes me wonder what would have happened if the disciples had remained steadfast in their belief that everything would be fine because Jesus was with them. What if one of them had tried to speak to the storm in His name? Perhaps they could have calmed it.

What challenge is overwhelming you today?
Remember that Jesus has a way through every difficulty. He is with us, even when it seems like He is unaware or distant. Ask Jesus for courage and faith to persevere through challenges until you reach the other side. Even the greatest difficulties can be transformed into remarkable victories.

Disciple Making, Church planting and other ministries are all possible. It is God's desire to bring about these outcomes. When difficulties arise, do not be afraid. His power will strengthen you to overcome barriers and obstacles that you may encounter.

Have a fruitful week

Morning Reflection. “In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps” ( Prov. 16:9).

As I reflect on this verse and its relevance on my life , I am reminded that despite our best efforts to plan our futures, it is ultimately God who orders our steps and directs our lives. I realize now that my well-ordered future at age of twenty was simply a fantasy, and God had a different plan in mind—one that involved unforeseen obstacles and turns. When I was planning for my future, I was blind to the obstacles that lay ahead, despite my efforts to predict my path, it didn’t go as planned.

Looking back now, however, I can see the significance of every unwanted experience I encountered along the way; in my life, family and ministry. It is only in retrospect that I can connect the dots and marvel at how God, in His infinite wisdom, maneuvered, prepared, and shaped me for what He had for me.

Friends, sometimes God guides us through thunderous events that shake us to our core. But more often than not, He works through the quiet means—the smaller moments, the private pains, or through whispers of our desperate prayers. It’s through such moments that my life has been molded. In Romans 8:28, we read that , "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." This verse assures me that even the unwanted experiences and difficult moments we encounter are not in vain. They are part of God's intricate plan to shape and prepare us for His purpose.

Despite the challenges and detours I experienced, I have come to appreciate the hidden purpose in every twist and turn. My journey has been shaped by both the grand and the subtle, and I've learned that God's plan unfolds in mysterious ways. I may not have been able to foresee the hardships and detours, but I trust that they have been necessary for my growth and ultimate fulfillment.

So, as we continue our journeys, let’s learn to hold onto the truth that God is in control. Let us embrace the uncertainties of life, knowing that He is working all things together for our good. With faith as our guide, we can walk forward, ready to navigate the maze of life, trusting that God's unfailing love and purpose will lead us to a future beyond our wildest dreams.

May God bless you and I love you all

In 2006, Bob visited our ministry and since then, he has been a dedicated sponsor students in our community, helping them pursue their educational goals, including engineering and various other qualifications.

Despite his weakened state in March, Bob graciously hosted us and even took us on a tour of the beautiful city of Brisbane. Additionally, he generously donated seven computers to our school. We will always hold his kindness, generosity, and warm hospitality in our hearts. May you rest in eternal peace, dear brother and friend.
