Kibale Forest National Park in the western side of the country was gazetted in 1993 and covers an area of 795 square kilometers.

Habitat Safaris was founded way in 2017 by young professional entrepreneur MUBIRU MARVIN who holds abacherlors degree in businness administration from makerere university(BBA). HE set up a professional company with the intention to improve the quality of tour operation in Uganda.
With his love for nature inspired by his father Mr Musisi Deogratour Mubiru who taught and gave him much experience in the tour industry inspired him.
Initially, HABITAT SAFARIS is operated only in Uganda, however due to several years of hard work; we have managed to boast our expertise and broaden our business boundaries to Rwanda as well.
