Urgent!!!! New Changes For those Seeking asylum in Canada! More Changes on the way.......
Canada has introduced a new legislation to reduce, strengthen and govern asylum seeking process. Under the proposed legislation, anyone who makes an asylum claim more than a year after arriving in Canada would not see their claim referred to the Immigration and Refugee Board.

Those entering Canada across the U.S. land border under the Safe Third Country Agreement will have just 14 days to make an asylum claim in order to be considered.

Claimants who apply beyond those deadlines will still be subject to a pre-removal risk assessment to determine if their safety will be at risk if returned to their home country, which Anandasangaree called an "important safeguard."

The new rules address a growing issue of international students and other temporary visa holders claiming asylum after their visas expire in order to stay in Canada. Federal immigration data obtained by Global News suggests such claims will continue to rise this year.

The new bill would also "improve and modernize" the existing asylum system by simplifying the application process, speeding up both referrals and removal orders, and removing inactive cases from the system. Claims will only be decided on while a person is physically present in Canada.......

If you have asylum questions, please book consultation on our website. Details in the comment section...

✅If you were denied a UK tourist visa, here’s a guide tailored for reapplying:

📌Steps to Take After a UK Tourist Visa Denial

1) Understand the Denial Reason:

➡️UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) will provide a refusal notice explaining why your visa was denied.
- Common reasons include:
Insufficient funds or lack of proof of access to the funds.
Lack of evidence of ties to your home country.
Concerns about the purpose of the visit.
Incomplete or inconsistent documentation.

2) When to Reapply:

➡️Immediately, if: You can address the specific issues in your initial application. For example:
If documents were missing, gather and submit them.
If there were inconsistencies, clarify them in your cover letter.

➡️After 3–6 months, if:
The denial was due to financial issues. Waiting allows your bank statement to reflect better financial stability and regular transactions.
You need time to strengthen evidence of your ties to your home country (e.g., improving employment status or gathering proof of property ownership).

➡️Do You Need a New 6-Month Bank Statement?
Yes, typically: UKVI usually requires the most recent 6-month bank statement, even if you’re reapplying shortly after a refusal.

➡️Key points for your bank statement:
Consistent income or regular deposits.
No large unexplained deposits.
Sufficient funds to cover your travel expenses and demonstrate financial stability.

3) How to Strengthen Your Reapplication:

➡️Address Specific Concerns:
Write a detailed cover letter explaining how you’ve addressed the reasons for your previous refusal.
Provide additional supporting documents if necessary.

➡️Strengthen Ties to Your Home Country:
Submit proof of employment (e.g., employment letter, payslips).
Show evidence of family ties, property ownership, or ongoing commitments in your home country.

➡️Provide Clear Travel Plans:
Include a detailed itinerary, flight bookings, and hotel reservations (avoid paying for them upfront unless necessary).
Explain the purpose of your visit and demonstrate that it’s temporary.

4) Seek Advice:

➡️Consider consulting a visa agent or solicitor familiar with UK visas to review your case before reapplying.
