Why do we choose travel for impact ?

With a rich background of working with tourism hosting communities across Uganda, our CEO observed a big vice of extreme poverty in these communities, community members engaging into ilegal timber harvesting, poaching, habitat encroachment, all as a way of surviving. There was less effort to use tourism to help the hosting communities as majority tourism players are focused on mainly profitability,

It was against this background that our CEO came up with a campaign of using tourism to uplift livelihoods and empower communities, conserve nature, and preserve culture using the very tourism!

From then on, our mission is to spread a type of tourism that creates footprints in the hosting communities - where communities benefit from tourism while giving travellers the desired travel goals!
