The Uganda safari starts off with a visit to Queen Elizabeth National park

While on a boat safari along the Kazinga Channel in Queen Elizabeth National Park, we were treated to a beautiful sighting of elephants and their calves coming down to the water’s edge for a drink.

Did you know an adult elephant can drink up to around 150 litres of water in a day, depending on conditions? Watching these gentle giants drink, play, and care for their young from the boat was a truly special experience.
