*Day 1: Kampala to Nairobi (14th December)*

- Depart from Kampala by road in the morning
- Stop for lunch and sightseeing in Eldoret, Kenya
- Arrive in Nairobi in the evening
- Check-in at a budget-friendly hotel
- Dinner and overnight in Nairobi

*Day 2: Nairobi to Mombasa (15th December)*

- Depart from Nairobi by train (SGR) in the morning
- Enjoy the scenic views of the Kenyan landscape
- Arrive in Mombasa in the afternoon
- Check-in at a beachfront hotel
- Lunch and relaxation at the beach
- Dinner and overnight in Mombasa

*Day 3: Mombasa (16th December)*

- Breakfast at the hotel
- Visit the Fort Jesus Museum and the Old Town
- Explore the local markets and shops
- Mama ngina, gede ruins, mombasa husks
