Walter’s Tours is a fantastic company! During our 3 month internship in Uganda, we planned all our trips and trips with him. He is super friendly and very flexible, he adjusts the trips to what you as a customer would like. We did with him the three days to Jinja and Sipi Falls, the boda boda tour in Kampala and the three days to Murchison Falls. The trips were always well put together with good food and good accommodations. In terms of price, it is also definitely okay, we are students and he also took that into account. In short: it is a super good company with super nice people, definitely recommended! by Marithé et al

An eight-year conflict in Uganda’s Kibale Forest is giving researchers new insight into how chimpanzee societies break apart. Once unified, the chimpanzee community called Ngogo fragmented and went to war with itself—echoing patterns first observed by Jane Goodall in the 1970s. In a new study, scientists analyzed more than two decades of “social-network data” to determine when and why a gulf began to emerge, and what events directly preceded it.
