At the moment, we all need to come together to put some facts about Uganda right. Africa CDC and Al Jazeera are sadly mis communicating that Congo and Uganda have 263 active ebola cases which is wrong.
Africa is not a country and there are strict border controls and measurements to contain the cases. The first 2 were imported from Congo. 3 were the health workers. Others are all under observation and treatment. Uganda is and stays an expert of disease control.
And still before cancelling kindly all think about the devastating consequences on the supply chain. With no back up systems. Rather postpone.
But even more check with your suppliers on the ground. And what the real situation is. And thank you to everyone who is looking deeper into this.

Just to calm the situation a little bit down.
Uganda has two cases Ebola with so far zero transmission. One person has sadly died, the second one is under treatment and observation of Ministry of Health.
Please stay vigilant and wear masks, wash hands and use disinfectant. Our safaris will keep running but under careful measurements. Uganda is popular for a very fast response and active follow up of the situation.
