Uganda is an extraordinary goal to see wildlife in both forest and savannah. Not to be missed is gorilla trekking in Bwindi or Mgahinga, while chimps can undoubtedly be seen in Kibale and a few other areas. Queen Elizabeth and Murchison Falls national parks offer awesome savannah safaris with great wildlife seeing, as does the more remote Kidepo National Park, yet creatures are not as plenteous co

Elephant, hippo, buffalo, and zebra are copious in Uganda. Lion, giraffe and white rhino are progressively localized yet effectively found in the correct area. Panther is less sure. The birding is a genuine feature with in excess of 1,000 species recorded. So is the tracking of primates, specifically gorilla and chimp, yet there are numerous other species worth viewing. These incorporate a habituated brilliant monkey troop in Mgahinga and the endemic Uganda mangabey. The antelope known as the Uganda kob is found in most savannah reserves and is the most loved prey of lion. See less
