Day 1:

You will meet The Hub Safaris driver guide

Leave Entebbe and drive to Bwindi for an overnight via Ankole Masaka dry corridor famous for the Bahima – Banyankole cattle keepers.

Luxury, mid-range and budget accommodation options are all available.

NOTE: The drive is about ten hours

Day 2:

Early morning breakfast,

Head to the starting point and meet the guide and at around 8:30 for set off

Experience the unforgettable gorilla trekking experience. Gorilla trekking can be tough but it is worth it.

After the successful trekking, you walk back to the lodge for an overnight.

Day 3

Morning breakfast.

Leave Bwindi to Mweya in Queen Elizabeth National Park passing via Ishasha, which is famous for the tree climbing lions and topis. We’ll also visit the Ishasha river hoping to see the schools of hippos.

After the game drive in Ishashsa, we proceed to Mweya for an overnight. Depending on the arrival time, an evening game drive can be arranged.

Day 4:

Early morning game drive to the Kasenyi plains looking for lions, elephants, antelopes and a variety of birdlife. Queen Elizabeth NP is famous for birds with approximately 612 species of birds.

In the afternoon go for the launch cruise along Kazinga channel which has tonnes of birds, elephants, crocodiles and some other game animals that come to hang on the shores during the hot periods of the day.

After two hours of the launch trip, go for an evening game drive then after, drive back to the lodge.

Day 5:

Breakfast then drive to Entebbe. The drive time is approximately seven hours.

Depending on the flight time it is advisable to do the chimp trekking in Kyambura Gorge before setting off for Entebbe.
