Travel with us to the Aberdare National Park that covers the higher areas of the Aberdare Mountain Range of central Kenya, where you find animals like the leopards, elephants, East African wild dogs, giant forest hogs, bushbucks, mountain reedbucks, waterbucks, Cape buffalos, the sun is, olive baboon, black and white colobus monkeys, and Sykes monkeys.

Their rarer sightings include those of the African golden cat and the bongo - an elusive forest antelope that lives in the bamboo forest the black rhinoceros.

For bird lovers, the bird viewing is very rewarding with over 250 species of birds in the park including the endangered Aberdare Cisticola, Jackson's francolin, sparrow hawk, goshawks, eagles, sunbirds, and plovers.
