We continuously do driver refresher trainings for them to learn and comprehend the best driving skills to guarantee your safety while on the road.

We are continuosly speaking to or conductors on the value of customer care, we agree that some conductors have not been handling customers well, we apologise on their behalf and promise that they will not have to repeat that again.
