Meanwhile we are celebrating the birthday of one of our regenerative journey participants Paul a motor cross champion and impact traveler. He supported different projects during his time with us for instance wildlife conservation projects of endangered species in Africa and also supported community children development projects along the journey on additional to several other activities.

Since we treat our regenerative participants as family, we are happy to be celebrating with Paul his new year and season of life.

Happy birthday

Would you be interested in supporting children development projects ?
So we always believe in sharing as an away of caring and this principle is key during our programs. With the guidance of the local partners and management structures our participants shared some scholastic materials like pens, pencils, school bags, puzzles e.t.c to hundreds of children at one of the local children care centre with in the National Park.
This project supports many disadvantaged kids and kids that have lost their parents to the human - wildlife conflicts especially with Crocodiles & hippos…….this project support these 100s of kids to have a chance with their early childhood development , education and meals.
So when our participants share their support directly to such a project we believe that it makes a tangible difference in the lives of the kids and the community project coordinators trying to support the kids because it’s overwhelming and needs our collective support.
The project coordinators also shared with us that they need more support for instance they need a toilet block and more sanitary services for the kids and also food supplies would be really appreciated and of course more learning equipment for both education and sports.
If you’re in position to help out or know someone/ institution that can support this project in any capacity please reach out and we co-design arrangements on how.
We appreciate the kindness of our participants and hopefully you too can join the movement as we create tangible positive change in the communities we visit.
Are you ready ?

Packing list for our journeys.
We always encourage our travellers to pack some items that would be beneficial to the communities and projects we visit for instance tools, equipment, scholastic materials e.t.c (our local Safari experts will always guide you on what’s more favourable depending on your program)
In this particular journey, travellers were supposed to visit and interact with child care Center’s and so they packed some items to support the education and developments of the kids and communities we were visiting. Among which was pens, pencils, school bags, puzzles and many others.
So the next time you want to explore with us we encourage you to carry something small for the projects we shall be engaging with.

Crocodiles !
Some if the common wildlife we see during our boat safaris are the Nile crocodiles…….these guys have the strongest jaws in the animal kingdom and with 60 - 110 sharp teeth that are visible even after they close their mouth these ambush hunting predators will make your Safari memorable.
Remember we always keep a safe distance when doing these safaris to ensure the safety of the wildlife and participants.
These videos were taken by our Safari clients on the Kazinga channel in Queen Elizabeth National park - Uganda (one of the best places in Africa to see the Nile Crocodiles)

See where our travellers are spending the Afternoons . (The Kazinga Channel)
So The Kazinga Channel is a roughly 32-km (20-mile) natural waterway in Uganda linking Lake George and Lake Edward within Queen Elizabeth National Park.
This channel is one of the spots with the highest concentration of wildlife in Africa . It’s most renowned for harboring one of the world’s largest concentrations of hippos—over 2,000 individuals making it the “HIPPOPOTAMUS CAPITAL OF THE WORLD ”—Additionally, it is a premier spot for wildlife viewing as many aquatic wildlife love it here and several others come to drink and cool off their bodies from the African Sun so during a boat safaris you have higher chances to see crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes, and over 600 bird species.
During the boat Safari a ranger, life guards and nature interpreters are with the group to ensure safety and sharing up to date information of the wildlife and the whole eco-system.
Additionally, on the boats are always some drinks snacks and a toilet to ensure comfort during the cruise.
If you love wildlife, nature and photography, then you definitely got to come spend some time on this water channel with in the park it’s a GEM !
