Sedona women’s wilderness adventure and wellness retreat was so magical!! Sedona 2026 is in the works so reserve your spot ASAP! Trips only run 5 women at a time. So gather your girls and make memories that will last a lifetime.

This October trip was truly incredible!!! I can not wait for spring to venture out again!!! If you are interested in spring, summer or fall trips of 2025 get in the list ladies!!! Thank you to all who made this hiking season truly special.

I will be scouting the triple crown in VA over Thanksgiving. So I hope to add that to my list of offerings next year!! If you want a private outing for you and your friends just reach out.

The September backpacking trip just wrapped up and it was fantastic❤️🌄🏞️🌲🥾 There will be one more guided and outfitted trip the weeeknd of Oct 11. I will teach you all the ins and outs of backpacking from gear to safety. Trips average 20 miles over the course of a weekend and take place on the Appalachian trail in central Pennsylvania. If you are ready to join like minded women, challenge yourself, and immerse yourself in nature then this is for you!

Sept will be the last SUP paddle board sessions then yoga will move inside or outside depending on the weather!! Dates will be announced soon. Also there are still some backpacking spots left for the Sept trips and Oct trip!! Reach out for details.
