One day we will be in historic Waterford, Ireland’s oldest city. A point of interest there (besides the beautiful Crystal) is Reginald’s Tower - Waterford’s landmark monument and Ireland’s oldest civic building. It has been in continuous use for over 800 years. The first tower on the site was built by Vikings after 914 and formed the apex of the triangular settlement, an area known to this day as the Viking Triangle. Re-built by the Anglo-Normans in the 12th century the top two floors were added in the 15th century. Until about 1700 the tower was the strongpoint of the medieval defensive walls that enclosed the city. The tower now houses an exhibition on Viking Waterford, curated by Waterford Treasures staff, and is managed by the Office of Public Works.

While I can’t update the prices for all cruises every day, I post deals when I see them! I’m also really great with being able to search multiple lines at once with the dates and budget you give me and finding the best possible deals for my clients! Ocean Cay Marine Reserve; MSC’s private island in the Bahamas. Food, snorkeling area, beach - all included! They even have an area just for kids, some shopping, bars, etc. Bathrooms were very clean and outdoor showers to rinse of the salt and sand were great. We went snorkeling- pics & video to come -and they had an awesome lights show with their lighthouse and fireworks at night. You could sit on the beach and watch it!
