The Merch Perch is a beautiful historic home nestled in the heart of North Abilene with charm for days. The inside of the house boasts a newly remodeled kitchen, hardwood floors throughout the common areas, and tasteful southern charm decor.
This home features 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom and bathroom reside on the main level and the other two are upstairs sharing a Jack & Jill bathroom. Bedrooms contain full sized bed, queen sized beds, and a Cordaroy convertible bean bag bed. Comfortably sleeps 5, but can accommodate more if sofas (4) and queen air mattress (1) are utilized. Guests will have access to the full house, backyard covered patio, and additional yards.
This property is available as a short term vacation rental or for events such as weddings, baby showers, family reunions, etc.
There is also a detached 1 bed/1 bath apartment (Merch Perch Mini) available for rent as well, which can be rented at the same time for a discount.
