Our day close to come, is well, very close to home for us. After a farm breakfast at Lavacchio we have a leisure walk to Podere Ruggeri - a multifaceted farm that prides itself in raising animals that have almost gone extinct in Tuscany but also, who makes amazing goat cheese we snack on at the farm. We lunch poolside & then visit a historic castle nearby and who also produces amazing wines. Franco & I indulged on a linear tasting of their 100% Sangiovese from ‘97, ‘99 & ‘10 🍷
Then, of course, we couldn’t miss dinner with our dear friends at La Tana Di Ugo in Pontassieve. Their food is always full of their love & how can you not love a welcome with truffles & bubbly? 🥂❤️
