Carly Solland and Brandie Anderson would like to thank you all for an amazing 3 years! Three years ago this week, we were on a birthday road trip to Memphis, and that's when Miles Away Properties was created!

We have grown so much over the past three years, not just with clientele, but with new friends, new insights, and so much more knowledge in the property management world!

It’s Springtime, your gutters need spring cleaning for sure! Leaves & debris congregate in your gutters and really mess with the effectiveness of what they’re designed to do.

Overhead dripping when you walk in and out of doors. So annoying. You know the drip I speak of. You come out, stop to lock the door, or walk up to unlock the door, drip drip from the gutters because they’re full! Ahh!

Or your downspouts leaking from the seams because they’re clogged and not running smoothly.

Make sure your guests are taken care of this season. Get your gutters cleaned! 😁

What began as a fun road trip back in June 2022 turned into the creation of Miles Away Properties. We both love to travel and see new places, and each trip we take (both together & separate) we enjoy sharing where we stay so we can give feedback to you all.
