We’re so excited for this weekend’s 3rd Annual Pride Celebration at Central Park in Albert Lea — but we also want everyone to stay safe and healthy in the heat!

Important Reminders:
🧘 Limit time in direct sun and take breaks
💧 HYDRATE, HYDRATE, HYDRATE! Bring water and drink it often
🪑 Bring a chair so you can relax in the shade
🚫 Zumba is CANCELLED due to the extreme heat
❤️ Listen to your body — your health comes first!
