The Greater Albion Chamber of Commerce presents another Fun In Albion Spotlight, where we highlight fun activities in Albion! Today, we have the Whitehouse Nature Center at Albion College!
The Whitehouse Nature Center, named after Dr. William W. Whitehouse, Is 140 acres of trails preserve of beautiful nature trails. It is located on the Kalamazoo River right adjacent to Albion College’s campus. It is used for both classroom instruction and for walks and observation. There is also a visitor center that houses classrooms, a wildlife observation room, and live exhibits. The nature center is open to the public as well.
Take a walk through the Whitehouse Nature Center. The Visitor Center hours are Tuesdays to Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
