Wild Horses in the high desert of NM that can be seen while on tours with NM Jeep Tours. Please help Wildlife Protection Management develop their prototype to deliver contraceptives so they won't be rounded up or starve. Thanks!

Hello all. My name is Roch Hart. I had started New Mexico Jeep Tours but called to manage a ranch full time and sold the business to Clint West. No one better! Some of you might remember the ranch as I used to do the tours on it. Since then I have been working on a project to get contraceptive vaccines to wild horses using remote technologies.
