Sr. Allen Swift: Nacido: 1908-fallecido en 2010 Este hombre fue propietario y condujo el mismo automóvil durante 82 AÑOS. ¿Te imaginas TENER el mismo coche durante 82 años? El Sr. Allen Swift (Springfield, MA) recibió este Rolls-Royce Piccadilly-P 1 Roadster de 1928 de su padre, nuevo, como regalo de graduación en 1928. Lo condujo hasta su muerte en 2010, a la edad de 102 años. Era el propietario vivo de mayor edad de un automóvil comprado nuevo. Sólo pensé que les gustaría verlo. Fue donado a un museo de Springfield después de su muerte. Tiene 1.070,000 millas, todavía funciona como un reloj suizo, es totalmente silencioso a cualquier velocidad y está en perfecto estado cosmético a sus 82 años. Eso es aproximadamente 13.048 millas por año, 1.087 millas por mes. ¡1.070,000! ¡Son millas, no kilómetros! Esa es la ingeniería británica de una época pasada.

For my English speaking friends. This is a super cool kid from my hometown in Colombia, Ibagué!!! He is doing a great job reporting interesting subjects about the city. In this instance, he was invited to the most dangerous neighborhood and ended up creating a fantastic environment for kids and adults. Check it out.
