This year marks my 10 year anniversary of making custom fishing rods. Throughout the past 10 years I’ve been focused on creating the most optimal rods for walleye & perch fishing.

“SCR OG” This is your ground & pound walleye jigging rod. Weather you’re using a light 5/8 jig or 1oz jig. This rod will battle through anything. It can be set up for either spinning or baitcast rods.

“SCR Special” This is made for the finesse fisherman. coming in at a medium light power, this rod is ideal for 5/8 - 3/4 oz jigs. Extremely sensitive to maneuver your bait with a strong backbone when you need it.
This rod is also great for the walleye casters. It comes in 2 different sizes. 5’10” for jigging, and 6’8” for casting. Personally one of my favorite rods.

“LSC Gold” is the perfect perch rod, weather you’re using it as a perch rig rod next to the boat, casting plastics, or using it as a bobber rod. This is the only rod you’ll need. You have 2 guide options. micro guides for casting & perch rigs, or standard guides for slip bobbers.

Each rod is perfectly balanced and hand tuned to provide the best performance.

The 2025 season has come to an end. This year, I took a chance and invested in my dream boat, and through blood, sweat, and tears, we achieved our most successful season yet, elevating Whistlin Dixie Charters to new heights.
