Asking the hard questions knowing the challenges faced, yet getting results through love, support, innovative ideas, thinking process, reconnecting to self and connecting with other moms.

For decades, I’ve worked to help single moms find and keep housing for themselves and their family. Women rebuilding their lives from the ground up.
My dedication and persistence comes from own experiences as a single mom and having the honor to help so many moms along the way.
I’ve researched resources, and found that most of the shelters are full if not all. There are programs that have requirements that if you are unhoused, caring for kids, looking for a job… you may not have so it doesn’t qualify you for that particular program. My goal is to fill in the gap between the agencies and bring together a coalition so that no mom falls through the cracks at the end of the day. That means providing assistance during off hours, because not all crises happen from 9 to 5, partnering with local and global companies for jobs and training and creating a community of moms from all different phases of life to be of encouragement. We have a lot to do. I’m always open to volunteers if you’re able to help DM me.💛

Survival to Strategy: Why I Built The Innovative Mom®
Fifteen years ago, I was a divorced, single mom of five—juggling bills, dreams, and faith. I worked 3 jobs 7 days a week to make sure that I provided for my family. I didn’t know it then, but I was building the foundation for what would become The Innovative Mom®: a global platform to support, educate, empower, and nurture moms through every phase of life.
Today, The Innovative Mom is more than a brand—it’s a movement. There were many pauses in the build (two strokes, multiple health issues, and most recently being laid off), I’ve bootstrapped, worked behind the scenes without ceasing to help homeless single mothers across the globe, and I can say it wasn’t easy but I’m still standing and still building. A reminder that motherhood is not a limitation; it’s a launchpad for innovation, leadership, and legacy. All 5 kids are now young adults (amazing young adults 🤩 ) and I’m an empty nester pivoting.
I’m here for the pivot, for the growth, for moms globally!
So many great things are brewing and I’m just as excited now as I was when I started. Like I used to tell my kids, just hang in there with me, things are going to be amazing 💛

HELP! NORTH FULTON SINGLE MOMS IN HOUSING CRISIS!
There are two homeless single moms in the North Fulton County Area that are in crisis and in need for housing tonight. If you have funding or a place for them to stay PLEASE DM me! I've reached out to agencies, & shelters and they are full as well as out of funding! One mom has 1 young son, and the other has three daughters ages 4, 5, & 12.
They are both in hotels however do not have funding for the night!
