Once an itinerary is decided on, we will do the arrangements for airline tickets, hotel reservations, transportation, car rentals, train tickets and tours. But once the trip is booked our job doesn't stop there. In the event of itinerary changes in the middle of the trip, we will be called upon to intercede on the traveler's behalf to make adjustments and/or alternate booking arrangements and to assist you in your adjustments.
