A Warm Welcome: A Spanish style villa situated on an elevated site with views of the Atlantic and Caribbean Seas and within a short drive of an 18 hole championship golf course and two beaches.

The villa is situated in an acre of landscaped garden with a gently sloping lawn. There are 3 air-conditioned double bedrooms with ceiling fans. Each bedroom has its own private patio facing the Atlantic coastline and enjoying the cooling Atlantic breezes. Bedroom one has a queen size bed and an ensuite shower room.
