Villa Cathedral B&B

Villa Cathedral B&B Country Farmhouse B&B and cottage rental property near Virginia International Raceway (VIR). We sit on the Virginia Carolina border a few miles east of VIR.

Villa Cathedral Properties is two venues comprised of a country home and also a cottage on 190 acres of farmland, forest, and a secluded 13 acre lake. We operate as a Bed&Breakfast and whole house rental for Merrybrook Cottage. Merrybrook Cottage by our private lake is 3 bedrooms and up to 6 beds. Villa Cathedral and Merrybrook Cottage are separated by about 1000 ft much of which is wooded so privacy at each site is ensured.

We have gone solar here at Villa Cathedral. Two days in the heat this past week and the installation is done. Next week...

We have gone solar here at Villa Cathedral. Two days in the heat this past week and the installation is done. Next week the county comes around for final inspection and then we turn the hummer on. 48 panels and 3 power walls should do the trick. No more power outages. And a level 2 EV charging station.

Meet "Lucky". The new addition to the family. 13 weeks old. Standard Poodle....just like Gus. After his initial training and probation period the Board of Directors will determine his position in the business. Currently excelling at coming to get a treat after all bio functions and eating....anything he can get.

Beds have been upgraded at Merrybrook Cottage. We now have a Queen bed in each of the three bedrooms. Still have a total of 6 beds if counting the bonus bed off the hallway upstairs. Updated photos on the website VillaCathedral.com to follow.
