At the “Kids-Only press conference,” Pete Crow-Armstrong was asked if he would change his uniform number to No. 67.

He only needed two words to shut that down! 😆

(Pete wore 52 before changing to No 4 in 2025.)

Last year, Pete Crow-Armstrong rejected a $90 million extension the Cubs offered him.

Now, his next contract is projected to be 5+ years at $135 million!

Now THAT’S a collector’s item ⭐️ Paul Crowley, lifelong season ticket holder and host of the “Fly the W” podcast recently showed off the commemorative scorecard he started collecting signatures on at last month’s Chicago Sports Spectacular ✏️

The relic from 2016 features Rizzo, Bryant, Heyward, Lester, Arrieta and Zobrist.

On September 14, 2008, a no-hitter was thrown at Miller Park — only no Brewers were involved in the game… (isn’t that lovely? 😉)

Carlos Zambrano pitched a no-hitter for the Cubs defeating the Astros 5-0 in Milwaukee.

Due to Hurricane Ike, the "home" game for Houston was moved to a neutral site. That site was Milwaukee, with its retractable roof — making it the first no-hitter pitched on a neutral site in modern major league history!

Zambrano allowed only one walk, hit a batter, and struck out 10 Astros.

It was the first no hitter for the Cubs since Milt Pappas' in 1972 ⚾️
