Flew from Dublin to Edinburgh, Scotland. Then drove to Inverness. Pictures are of Queensferry Crossing - picturesque bridge, Inverness town center and the River Ness.

We will be driving the iconic North Coast 500. A 500 mile cultural coastal drive around the northern coast of Scotland. Looking forward to the views and hikes.

Trinity College and the Book of Kells. The Book of Kells created by Monks in 800 AD contains 4 gospels written in Latin. In Library of Trinity College was founded in the 1500s. It was so cool!

June 18,2025. We had dinner in a church turned into a bar/ restaurant. The LIfty river runs through Dublin.

Today, we drove the Ring of Kerry, & saw Castles, Cliffs, Abby’s and nature. Ireland is not disappointing.

We drove 4 hours from Dublin to explore Killarney. Glamping.

Arrived to rain in Ireland after taking the red eye. Had breakfast at bread 41. Driving to Killarney. Driver sits on left of car.

Started trip with Champaign toast! Took Red Eye 8 hours to arrive in Ireland at 8 a.m. We are 5 hours ahead of EST. Had breakfast and coffee at Bread 41 in Dublin. Housing in downtown Dublin.

Last week, i took a bide ride, along with 28,000 other cyclists across Iowa. On average, riding 40 miles a day (some ride more some ride less) in an organized ride called the , Ragbrai. It was the 51st Ragbrai and the hardest I worked on a vacation. And it was an incredible experience - from the people who rode and all the communities were amazing
