Travel Tip Tuesday ✈️🎢

One of the biggest mistakes I see with Universal vacations?

People assume buying tickets means they’re done planning.

Universal has changed a LOT and there are way more decisions than most people expect:

✔️ Express Pass or skip it?
✔️ Stay on-site or off-site?
✔️ Park-to-park or single park?
✔️ Early Park Admission?
✔️ Epic Universe strategy?
✔️ Volcano Bay… worth a day or not?

The best part? There isn’t one right answer.

A family with younger kids is going to plan completely differently than adults doing a long weekend… and both will look different from teens trying to maximize rides.

That’s honestly one of my favorite parts of planning Universal trips… building the trip around the people going instead of trying to force everyone into the same itinerary.

🍹 2 — I planned one dinner and we’ll figure the rest out.

🍽️ 4 — My entire vacation revolves around food.
🎢 5 — Open to close. We are doing EVERYTHING.

River Cruise Saturdays 🚢 | Avalon Waterways (and why it surprised us all)

Last April the owners of Limitless Travel sailed on the Avalon Poetry II for one of their Culinary Cruises… and they came back saying it was one of their favorite trips they've ever taken.

Not just a favorite work trip, but one of their favorite trips period!

Avalon does a few things differently, and it really stood out once they were onboard:

• Beds that face the windows so you wake up to the views
• Floor-to-ceiling windows that basically turn your room into an open-air balcony
• A relaxed, not-stuffy atmosphere
• Incredible food (the culinary cruise was next level)
• Active excursions like biking and guided walking tours
• Docking right in the heart of the cities

The balance of grouping and independent adventures were definitely a highlighted key point for them.

Some days were guided tours and some days were wandering on their own.
Some mornings were just coffee and watching castles go by.

It never felt rushed and they saw so much.

If Europe is on your list but you don’t want the stress of figuring out every detail, this is one of the easiest and most enjoyable ways to do it.
