There is still time to enroll in the 2025 tours to Europe and The Dominican Republic with Jessica Brasch, Bruce Fleming and Cindy Pronko. With just a few short weeks of the school year left, you have one last chance to enroll on these tours before prices increase again in the Fall, and we have activated a $100 tour scholarship available through May 31st to anyone who enrolls on or before that date.

Good Morning Trojan Travelers heading to England this summer,
Thank you for attending the meeting last night. It was nice to meet/see everyone. Here is some important information that I shared last night for your immediate access.

* Our tour dates are June 21st to the 28th. Flight information will be available in early June.

* Please put your Passport information into the EF app by March 3rd and please be sure the Passport is valid for at least 6 months after our tour date.

* The room assignments are tentative and will be final after EF approval. Please have your traveler see me if there is a problem with the room assignments.
Room 1: Latanya, Ella, Katie, and Lelenda
Room 2: Malik, Matt, Brenden, Yuvraj
Room 3: Jackson, Morgan, Nathaniel, Luca

* Please bring $80 USD per traveler to the next meeting in April. In addition to the tipping money, please expect to give your student between $30-$60 for additional spending. This money is for meals not included in the trip, snacks and drinks, souvenirs, and free time excursions. Please consider budgeting extra money in case of an emergency. We will talk more about money at the next meeting.

* Please notify me ASAP (by March 3rd) of any health or accessibility needs.

* Log into the EF app for updates from the company and to check your payment status. If you are manuel please be sure to complete your payments.

* March 3rd is the last day EF can add anyone to the tour. If you are considering additions, please inform EF before the 3rd.

* We will have two more meetings, one in April and one in early June. Stay tuned for more information on those.

* Be sure to pick up some things that will make your travel go smoothly. Here are links to two of the items I shared last night.
