Massive thanks to the TM who went out of his way to help me have this lengthy moment with Art. Bummer we didn’t get Art almost drop kicking our friend on camera after. 🤣

Art is one of the BEST additions to HHN in YEARS. He’s extremely hard to stop to chat with as he’s clearly told to quickly move through the crowd but if you’re able to have an interaction with him, for any horror fan it’s totally special! Art and the TM made this Autistic girly incredibly happy. Thanks to Universal for always being so inclusive. 🖤

Care for a Universal Studios Hollywood House Tour?

Universal Studios knocked HHN out of the PARK this year. The mazes are incredible and Art the Clown is such a fun addition to the park! To be successful on YOUR tour you need a plan (preferably express) as it is BUSY this year and even with express I’ve never seen those lines that long! It’s all worth it though as it was an incredibly TERRIFYING night.

You might notice I used accessibility passes and I can shed light on how the process works for horror nights.

Halloween has arrived at Disney’s Grand Californian Resort and Spa! This is my favorite display they have had in the 13 years I have celebrated Halloween at the Disneyland Resort. The Nightmare Before Christmas holds a special place in my heart so I might be biased, but the incredible detailed work the Cast Members put into these masterpieces speaks for themselves.

As a Disneyland local I am incredibly used to Virtual Queues and I have a lot of tricks up my sleeve to be prepared. I also know the signs to look for that Disney is going to put a Virtual Queue in place for a release. I saw the signs early in the morning and I set my cleints at ease showing them how I was prepared even before they released. Now they can just look forward to their exciting trip plans!

More client Magic Mail packets were sent out for two client families I have traveling soon. Both families are gearing up for incredible vacations!

I love sending my clients Magic Mail packets typically around the 30 day mark prior to their trip. I also send them a very large custom digital guide filled with their itinerary, tips and tricks, Resort info, and so much more. My agency has built out custom guides for Epic Universe and even Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party so my clients get the absolute most out of their park days with pre-planning strategizing.

The Magic Mail packets include some of the custom digital guides printed such as their daily itineraries and Lightning Lane worksheets along with Marketing Materials from Disney which are so fun and exclusive to TAs for us to give to our clients. My favorite marketing material Disney provides us is the height chart for kiddos as its the cutest way for familiest to check their kiddos height before they even get to the parks!

I also love to add some pixie dust which is customized by the travel party and their destination and a fun way for my clients to get excited. I always include a packing list so I make sure they know the essentials and in case they forget anything, I’ve got them covered with info on Grocery delivery too.

Being a Resort Hotel guest can absolutely have its perks! The print for the 70th celebration is gorgeous and a massive added benefit to beating the crowds on such a popular day of already being on site!

Stay cool at The Disneyland Resort Hotel this summer. Between their E-Ticket & D-Ticket pools, Palette Pool and Steamboat Willie Splash Area theres multiple ways to cool off with a splash.

The Disneyland Hotel is also the only Hotel on property I’ve ever experienced giving out free snacks to pool guests daily ranging from breakfast cereal bars, fruit snacks and on these hot summer days popsicles packed with electrolytes. Just listen out for the ding of their carts coming around.

Disneyland’s 70th Anniversary was an emotional and incredible day to be at the Disneyland Resort. From watching the re-creation of the original opening day ceremony to seeing Walt Disney’s animatronic (admittedly my second time) to being in the perfect spot for the birthday cavalcade as we all sang Happy Birthday to Disneyland to ending my day at Club 33 with friends, I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect way to celebrate.

Being a Disney fan is about so much more than just riding the rides and eating the snacks. It’s to care so deeply about the history of the parks and appreciate and be so thankful for what it took to make the place we love so fiercely come to life and continue to move forward with every new venture.

Disneyland is so special to me and I’m so grateful for Walt Disney creating a land for all of us to call home. Many more Magical memories to come.

If you’re staying on site at a Disneyland Resort hotel and you’re wondering what the best way to watch fireworks from a Resort hotel would be after an exhausting day in the parks boy do I have a tip for you!

Step one is to make sure to book your stay at the renovated Pixar Place hotel as there’s no pool hopping between Resort Hotels (unless in specific times of construction.) Second is to head to the pool about an hour before fireworks and grab a spot in the hot tub facing towards the parks.

Non-Resort guests can go on the area outside the pool deck to watch the fireworks as it has become known it’s a great view but they check room keys and wristband you to enter the pool deck. Relax and unwind in the hot tub and as soon as it’s time they pump the show’s music onto the deck and you have an absolutely incredible fireworks view!

This is a game changing perk for staying at this property! We also stayed in a room that had a patio which let out directly on the pool deck level so it was the perfect setup.
