ALASKA IS HAVING A MOMENT OVER HERE. 🏔️🚢🧊

I have recently booked SIX staterooms for clients heading to Alaska, across different dates, ships and itineraries… and after spending this much time looking at glaciers, mountains, trains and these incredible Princess sailings, I have officially influenced MYSELF. 😂

If you know me, you KNOW I’m OBSESSED with monkeys. 🐒💕 And this day was basically me living out one of my DREAMS!

We spent the day at Evolution Adventure Park and seriously did a little bit of EVERYTHING!

🐐 We started by touring the farm, meeting all the animals, and even bottle-feeding BABY GOATS. And fun fact about me… when I was 18, I owned a goat for approximately FOUR HOURS. 😂 That’s a story for another day.

🏎️ Then we hit the dirt, jumped in the ATVs, and went FLYING through the mud!

🐒 But then came the moment I had been waiting for… THE MONKEYS. We got to go inside the monkey houses, feed them, and have them climbing ALL OVER US. I was in absolute heaven. Like, this is genuinely what I picture heaven looking like. 😂🐒

🧜🏼‍♀️ And to finish the day, we headed to the cenote where I swam around to my heart’s content pretending I was a mermaid.

And THIS is exactly why I love to travel. ✈️💕

It’s not just about seeing a new place. It’s about collecting those completely random, unforgettable moments that turn into the stories you tell forever. The “remember when a monkey sat on my head?” moments. The muddy ATV rides. The baby goats. The swimming-like-a-mermaid days.

I’ll take a passport full of stamps and a life full of ridiculous, amazing stories every single time. 🩷🌎✨

🎸✨ HARD ROCK HOTEL & CASINO PUNTA CANA ✨🎸

Another resort I got to experience firsthand while in the Dominican Republic with Delta Vacations! 🌴☀️

I had the chance to tour Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana, and this resort is HUGE! If you’re looking for an all-inclusive that has a ton going on without needing to leave the property, this one definitely delivers.

🎸 Rock & roll vibes throughout the resort
🌴 Beautiful Punta Cana beach
💦 Multiple pools + plenty of space to relax
🎰 One of the biggest casinos in the Caribbean
🍹 Tons of restaurants, bars & entertainment
⛳ Golf nearby
🧒 Family-friendly, but with plenty for adults too
🎶 Live entertainment + that classic Hard Rock energy

I think this resort is a great fit for families with older kids/teens, couples, friend groups, bachelor/bachelorette trips, or anyone who likes a bigger, lively resort with LOTS to do.

And this is exactly why I love touring resorts in person. ❤️ Photos online can only tell you so much. Getting to actually walk the property, see the rooms and amenities, and experience the overall vibe helps me know which resorts I’d recommend AND which clients they’re the right fit for.

✨ MOON PALACE THE GRAND PUNTA CANA ✨

Okayyy… this one is going to be GOOD. 😍🌴

While I was in the Dominican Republic, I got the chance to learn more about the brand-new Moon Palace The Grand Punta Cana, and this resort is definitely one to have on your radar! 👀

Think BIG resort energy with gorgeous pools, incredible dining, tons to do, beautiful rooms, and that elevated Palace Resorts experience. 🌊🍹✨

This is one I’d especially be watching for:
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Families wanting LOTS to do
💦 Kids who love pools + waterpark fun
🍽️ Foodies who want plenty of dining choices
✨ Multi-generational trips
🌴 Anyone who loves a resort where you really don’t need to leave

🌴 Let’s talk Zemi Miches Punta Cana! 🌴

I had the chance to personally tour Zemi Miches Punta Cana All-Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton, and this property was easily one of the standouts from my time in the Dominican Republic. 😍

Here’s what I LOVED about it:

✨ The location! Miches feels completely different from the busier Punta Cana resort areas. It’s lush, tropical, peaceful, and surrounded by gorgeous natural scenery.

🌊 That BEACH! Zemi sits in a beautiful cove with turquoise water, soft sand, and one of the biggest things that stood out to me during our visit was the lack of seaweed. If having a beautiful beach is high on your vacation wish list, this one needs to be on your radar!

🏡 The rooms + bungalows. We toured some of the incredible bungalow accommodations, and WOW. If you’re celebrating something special, honeymooning, or just want to splurge, these are absolutely worth looking at.

💙 Club Azure. For travelers who love an elevated resort experience, Club Azure gives you additional perks and access to more private spaces, including pools and dining options.

🍹 The resort itself. You have multiple dining experiences, plenty of bars, gorgeous pools, a huge spa with a really unique cave-inspired concept, a fitness center, and activities throughout the property.

👧 It’s actually family friendly! There’s a kids club, teen club, arcade, escape rooms and activities, so adults can enjoy the beautiful upscale atmosphere without the kids being bored.

So, who would I send here?

🌴 Families who want a nicer all-inclusive experience
💑 Couples who want romantic without necessarily going adults-only
💍 Honeymoons + anniversaries, especially in the bungalows
✨ Travelers who want something newer and more elevated
🌊 Beach lovers who care A LOT about the beach
🧘 Anyone wanting a quieter, more secluded vacation instead of being in the middle of busy Punta Cana
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Families with older kids or teens who want plenty to do

One thing I would keep in mind is that Miches is about 1.5 hours from the Punta Cana airport, so I personally love this resort most for a 4–5 night stay or longer. Once you arrive, though, that secluded location is part of what makes it so special.

This is exactly why I love touring resorts in person. Pictures can show you what a resort looks like, but actually walking the property, seeing the rooms, checking out the beach and learning the little details helps me figure out which of my clients would actually LOVE staying here. 💕

I was quoting an Alaskan cruise with Princess Cruises for a client yesterday and it took EVERYTHING in me not to book one for my own family. 😂🚢🏔️

The glaciers. The wildlife. The mountains. The adorable Alaskan ports. Waking up to a completely different view every morning. And getting to experience places like Juneau, Skagway, Ketchikan and Glacier Bay all in ONE vacation?! 😍

The more I researched, the more I kept thinking… why have I not done this yet?!

And Princess just feels MADE for Alaska. You get the beautiful ship, amazing food and entertainment, but Alaska itself is the main event. One day you could be whale watching, the next riding a scenic train through the mountains, and the next standing on your balcony watching glaciers go by. 🐋🧊

“Why do you keep taking them to Disney?” 🥹✨

Because one day, they won’t reach for my hand walking down Main Street.

One day, they won’t light up when they see Mickey coming around the corner.

They won’t believe with their whole heart that the castle is actually magical, that princesses are real, or that their favorite character really does remember them. 🏰❤️

One day, I won’t be carrying a sleepy kid back to the hotel after the fireworks or hearing, “Can we do it ONE more time?!” 🎆

So yes, we keep taking them to Disney.

Not because every moment is perfect. There are meltdowns, tired feet, sibling fights, and probably way too many churros. 😂

But in between all of that are the moments I know I’ll wish I could have back someday.

I’m not just taking them to Disney.

I’m collecting little pieces of their childhood while I still can. ✨

And THAT is why I love helping other families experience it too.

There’s something so special about the moments before the magic begins.

Before we even walked through the gates, I wanted to remember exactly what was on their hearts. Their little voices talking about the rides they couldn’t wait to go on, the characters they hoped to see, and the excitement on their faces is something I’ll treasure forever.

One day they won’t be this little. They won’t look at Disney with the same wide-eyed wonder they do today. That’s why I love capturing these simple moments just as much as the big ones. These are the memories that become priceless.
