Secure wide access points with a gate that fits the opening. YellowGate XL expands from 6 to 12 feet and adjusts to the width your facility requires. The gate opens vertically, allowing one person to operate it without the clearance needed for a wide swinging arc.

Its industrial-grade aluminum base installs with four bolts. The spring-free Malbec Tensioner provides smooth, reliable movement through repeated use.

A tape measure and a rough sketch should not be the last word on an access project. The ErectaStep Configurator turns site measurements into a detailed stair or platform layout, letting you see a realistic rendering of the finished system before you buy. Our team can spec the build with you on the spot - working through your equipment, dimensions, and site needs, then showing the configuration that fits.

Measure it. Configure it. And see what’s possible before you commit.

Not every opening you need to protect sits on a nice concrete pad. Yards, jobsites, outdoor loading areas, sometimes it's just dirt or gravel on the other side. YellowGate XL handles that. It doesn't need a receiver on the opposite side to meet load requirements, so it installs in places a lot of barrier gates can't. It adjusts from 6' to 12', stands 42" tall, heavy-duty aluminum, powder-coated safety yellow. OSHA-compliant, controlled ascent and descent, made in the USA.

Ordering is simple too. Count your openings, place the order, no measuring each one or worrying about mounting type: https://bit.ly/4w6bTqD

Winter in Edmonton isn't the easiest time to install an access platform. ErectaStep installed a modular platform system to reach a valve approximately 16 feet up in a tight space, during sub-zero conditions. The bolt-together aluminum design meant no on-site welding or heavy equipment was required. Components were lightweight, easy to position and assembled with basic tools.

Electric cables on the floor are both a trip hazard and an electrical hazard. At an Idaho food and agriculture facility, workers had to step over cables to reach electrical equipment. ErectaStep installed a crossover stair to provide a stable route over the cables without contact. Its aluminum construction also resists corrosion in wet, washdown environments. When the obstacle is electrical, safety can't be compromised. See the installation: https://bit.ly/3UpwFUv

Why build scaffolding every time the aircraft changes? An airline maintenance company in Kansas City needed flexible access to cargo doors across multiple aircraft sizes. AeroStep platforms provided a faster solution. Pneumatic height adjustment lets operators position the platform in seconds, without rebuilding scaffolding. Four stands were tested at one location and put to work immediately. The result: less setup, less downtime and a safer access solution across the fleet.

We can do the same for you - ask us how!

Pipes across a walkway cause more problems than people realize. Trip hazards, workflow slowdowns, and eventually a compliance issue. At this outdoor facility, workers needed a safe way across an active pipeline run. ErectaStep installed a 3-step crossover stair with an integrated platform, giving crews a direct, stable path over the pipe instead of stepping over it or finding their own way around. Because it's a modular, bolt-together design, it installed fast with no welding and no custom fabrication needed on site. See more: https://bit.ly/3U7soFm

When workers have a safe, compliant way over an obstruction, they use it. That's how you avoid the improvised workarounds that lead to injuries.

If pipes, conveyors, or equipment are blocking foot traffic at your facility, we have solutions.

Rail yards are loud, active environments. Moving tank cars, loading activity, pipes, berms, and uneven routes all compete for a worker’s attention. The route across an obstacle should not add to the risk. This ErectaStep 5-step crossover provides an OSHA-compliant way to cross a railroad spill berm with solid handrails, stable stairs, and a durable industrial aluminum platform. The modular components bolt together to fit the space and can be installed quickly with minimal tools.

Safe access belongs in the yard, not as an afterthought. Contact us to configure an ErectaStep crossover for your site.
