While it seems time has stopped during COVID and that we are still figuring out what happen, how we change, when will this be over, it is nice to see the light and rays of sun coming through this clock. Makes you feel that we are ready to leap time and begin traveling adventures

Fall weather reminds me of hiking in Quito. Feeling that crisp air at the top of the mountain and a call to return to live, return to smiles, return to adventure, return to the sun near your face at the top of the world. 2021 could be the time to make it back to Ecuador after a andemos break. 🙌🏼🙌🏼

We have always enjoyed visiting places in Ecuador where you can see how food grows and it is a such a powerful feeling to connect with the beauty of what each little plant or flower looks like before they come to our kitchens. Enjoy it!
